DESTINATION CURE

Not everyone can run, bike, or swim. Many people have disabilities that prevent them from COMPETING in the open division. But those disabilities need not keep them from PARTICIPATING. The message of the website destinationcure.com is that anyone, regardless of ability, can participate in sports. The author, John Guandolo, has multiple sclerosis (MS). Despite his illness, he sets an inspiring goal: "No matter how difficult or painful a race is, it is nothing compared to what many people with MS deal with on a daily basis. I have organized Destination Cure with the intention of competing at the highest level personally possible for as long as I physically can." On his website, he tells his story, as extreme as anyone could imagine, and provide information to enable athletes to help others with disabilities. More power to you, John. I hope you achieve your destination, a cure for MS.
