KOSOVARS FACED WITH STAY OR GO OPTION

According to a recent USA Today article, the Kosovo refugees who have settled in the United States will be provided with free flights home as of next week. Not only are they faced with the option of returning home, but they can also stay until May 1, 2000, in which they pay for their flight therafter, or return back to Kosovo, but must return within one year in order to maintain refugee immigrant status. This interesting piece is brief in explanation, but includes a real-life story of an actual family that faces this dilemma.
