RUSSIA RESUMES WITH NATO

After four months of withdrawing ties with NATO, Russia has resumed their relationship after their disapproval of NATO's attack on Yugoslavia, according to a recent BBC News report. After a meeting that seemingly focused primarily on Kosovo, both Russia and NATO agreed that efforts should be concentrated on protecting the rights of its people.
