Cartoonist Steve Ryan has joined forces with stand-up comic Tracy Wright to produce a weekly boating comic strip in the style of a political cartoon. For instance, one recent strip had a man telling another man about his "latest sailing convenience," a machine that prints out a $1000 check every few days. The cartoons also take on serious topics, such as the marina owner who sued boat owners for damages to his marina when they refused to move their boats in the face of a hurricane.
