Los Lunas Inscription

Is it possible that Hebrew-Phonecian sailors ventured up the Rio Grande River to an area near Los Lunas, New Mexico? Could this have happened in 1000 BC? If you don't think so, then how do you explain the ancient Hebrew inscriptions on a rock near Los Lunas? You will want to see this for yourself.
