Offered is a simple, clean site divided into five career categories: finance, marketing, non-profit, accounting, and management. Far from a job search engine, it is a job exploration engine with in-depth explanations of skills needed, pay range, personality type, and jobs that fall under the five main categories. Moreover, the site contains quality links to employers, informative sites, and reviews and recomendations of career-oriented literature (with the traditional link to Amazon.com of course).
