Year after year, Sigourney Weaver keeps coming out on top--maybe not in the same way as Leo or Angelina or whoever else, but her way--with good roles that consistently demonstrate her mastery of the craft of acting, and not a little versatility as well. It may be another year or two before audiences flock to Alien V, but fans of the Amazonian actress have recently been treated to two very different Weaver performances: the goofy "Galaxy Quest," and the much more introspective and troubling "A Map of the World."
