That's right, fanboys, everybody's favorite video game company, Sony, has announced an e-commerce alliance with Seven-Eleven Japan, owners of 8000 convenience stores nationwide. When the deal is put into effect, Playstation enthusiasts will be able to purchase games over the Internet and pick them up at the local 7-11. Okay, I have to admit, the juxtaposition of Slim Jims and Sweet Tooth the Evil Clown stretches the concept of synergy to its limits, but if it works, think of the deals we'll have to look forward to: DVDs in our Happy Meals, CDs from the KFC, maybe some day a Palm Pilot at the local Stop n Shop. It's a great time to be alive!
