The imac chronicles

Not only have they charmed the Apple community with their fruity-liciousness and thermal cooling panels, iMacs have also spawned their own family of supportive websites for the growing community of devoted--but sometimes downright perplexed--users. The Daily iMac is my personal fave--and as one who continues to brave the caprices of these darling yet unpredictable translucent blobs, I was particularly drawn to the recent column titled "Take a Break: iMac, Manuals, & Trails of a New User," in which Richard Good opines on the computer's lamentable lack of manuals that a non-computer geek can actually understand. Other opinionated material is also online, as is current news, and plenty of articles on iMacs and iBooks alike. If you want to get down with what other iMac-ers are saying and thinking, check it out--your brethren await you.
