XRPG --- Advanced Universal FREE RPG

This extensive and FREE role playing game targets the rather lofty goal of being a universal game, not only spanning genres, but also power-levels. While this writer hasn't actually played the game, I have read a good deal of it and was favorably-enough impressed to recommend it here. The rules are all available online (HTML) in four large but well-organized files. Rather austere in appearance, it looks ready-to-print. Definitely worth the read!
