Is it so wrong to be able to watch a live stream of The Late Show while you work late in the office? Canadian and American broadcasters say yes. As a result the Canadian owned and operated iCrave TV has been hit with a multi-million dollar lawsuit claiming copyright infringement. iCrave TV offers live streams of broadcasts from some major TV players, claiming its content is permissible because it's not cutting out any advertising during said streams, so it only benefits the braodcaster. At first the site claimed its content was only viewable by Canadian customers, but one visit to the site proves it doesn't take a genius to crack the "security" system, as it only asks for an area code for proof of your viewing location.
