After you get familiar with the site, go into the broadcast area. Read the rules and keep your broadcast in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you have questions, the site provides ample answers in the Help section. The Live365 site really does provide you with all the tools you need to create your own personal internet radio station and broadcast to the world.
