Nap time for napster?

If you haven't been living in a cave for the past year or two, you've probably heard at least a couple stories about the various MP3 busts on college campuses. Well, now students are having to contend with another stumbling block to their freedom of music listening: Napster overload. This time, however, the problem's more clearly self-inflicted. So many college kids are using the Internet-based application to trade MP3s that it's tying up all the bandwidth for everyone else. If Napster could somehow help, say, sophomores finish their geology homework, matters would be different--but as it stands, some colleges have already started to block student access to Napster.
