When you can't bring the big boy in yourself, the next best thing is reading about someone else's angling adventures. I had a blast living vicariously through Capt. John Kumiski's tale of chasing black drum on Florida's Banana River. Although black drum are not typical saltwater flyfishing game, the good captain insists that under the right conditions these aquatic critters can be caught this way--and dang it if he doesn't prove his argument by taking us along on his successful fishing outing.
