Phone.com buys Onebox.com

Onebox.com sent its venture capitalists a sweet return on their investments when it sold out to publicly traded Phone.com (Nasdaq: PHCM) on Monday. However, some of Onebox.com's new investors had no clue about the proposed acquisition until the news broke on Monday. Some investors woke up and found out that in the span of a week they tripled their money! Dave Witherow, president and CEO of venture capital research firm Venture One, says, "They're all sending flowers to each other today."
