"Grooming on the Run" by Jennifer DePodesta is a very informative article about mobile pet grooming. She tells of how she is driving along in traffic and spots a grooming van. Intrigued, she writes down the number written on the side of the van and calls to see what kinds of services they offer. What she finds is that the Mobile Pet Grooming industry is nothing like it is depicted in Dumb and Dumber (remember Jeff Daniels driving along in the brown, furry, dog-shaped "Shaggin Wagon"?).
