Maps of the world are online here to help you prepare for an upcoming trip. These maps are part of the CIA World Factbook. This a great resource to look up all the little towns you may want to visit, or will miss if you pick an alternate route. The maps come in different versions, depending on whether you need political information (important for passport & visa issues) or topological information. One drawback to the system is the lack of an index to cities and geographical names.
