A popular fan site is now offering $10,000 for "information leading to the location and contact" of the "missing" rapper Tupac Shakur. Tupac.com has placed a prominent milk-carton-style reward poster on its home page, complete with the rapper's photo, description ("numerous tattoos"), last seen whereabouts, and reward contact info. Before you laugh, you may want to know that in a recent survey, 83% of rap fans said they believe Tupac is still alive and kickin'.
