Checking the Stax

A terrific fan site devoted to Stax Records, featuring classic LP covers, news, and information on "Stax today." You can link directly to Soulsville USA, the online home of the new Stax Museum. The "LP of the Month" feature selects a classic Stax album and reprints its track list and liner notes. This month's selection is 1964's "Treasure Chest of Goldies" featuring songs by Jerry Lee Lewis and Booker T & the MGs. This page will bring back a lot of memories for fans of old school soul.
