Ford Will Pay $3.8 Million

According to this CNNfn article, Ford has settled with the Labor Department over discrimmination charges. Ford is required to pay $3.8 million and hire 100 women and minority applicants for entry-level assembly line positions. Other applicants may be compensated for lost wages. According to the Labor Department, this is the fifth-largest discrimination settlement by a company.
