Pretty Beaded Hair Slide

For all of you who like to work with beads, you are going to really enjoy this pattern! It has been designed by Kathy Rice to look like the hair decoration that Jodie Foster wore in the film "Contact." The free pattern is well illustrated in color, easy to print out, and shows in simple steps how to make what Kathy has called "A Hair Thingie." This hair jewelry would make a great present, as it is very stylish. The pattern can also be adapted to making a bracelet, which is a good idea, as you could have a matching bracelet and hair jewelry piece--prefect for that "after five" occasion. I can see them being made with shining jet beads... Hmm! Where's the nearest bead shop?
