Spelling v. Guccione

You knew there'd be fallout when wholesome "7th Heaven" star Jessica Biel posed buck naked in the pages of lowbrow men's magazine Gear. You just didn't expect THIS kind of fallout. Octogenarian TV producer Aaron Spelling's now involved (don't worry, he isn't nude), filing a $100 defamation suit against disheveled pornography scion Bob Guccione for jokingly putting his name on the masthead of the infamous Biel issue. Spelling's suit claims that the whimsical use of his name made it appear that he had "endorsed and participated in creating the nude-photo spread." Heaven forfend! We'll see how this one shakes out in court.
