HDTV goes plasma thin

Site: http://equip.zdnet.com/television/flatpaneltv/feature/10b1a

Over the last few years, plasma TVs—those super slender screens about as thick as the latest Tom Clancy novel--have gained a slow but steady following, mostly because they can squeeze into spaces simply impossible for rear projection TVs, especially big screens. Not only have plasma screens been growing in size, they've now gone high-definition (HDTV). Anyone thinking about dropping more than 3 or 4 thousand on a TV this year should definitely read this huge and very detailed 19-page article at ZDNET.
