Nature Photo Index is a real jumping-off point, whether you're a serious photographer or you just like looking at nature pictures. For starters, there are hundreds of links to nature photographers' websites. You can find sites on nature photography or search by photographer. Even if you don't know an F-stop from am aperture, you can search by your favorite subject. Do you want to see just sunsets? Just flowers? Do you want to find photos of Africa, or of insects? It's easy to browse just what you want. And like so many sites since the e-commerce revolution, you can buy things, too (photography magazines, books and videos)...but to be fair, there is also a page of freebies.
