Sometimes messages are best heard rather than read. The boss can provide far more meaning with the tone of her voice rather than just using the bold key. So how do you send a voice mail? Use SonicMail! It is an application that allows you to send natural voice messages. You simply record a message, enter the addresses of the intended recipients, and click "Send." Once you send a SonicMail, the recipient needs to have RealAudio player (version 4.0 or greater) and speakers. The recipient does not need to have the SonicMail software to hear a message, but will need to download it to reply with a SonicMail. SonicMail is currently a free service, so quickly take advantage of it.
