kick the tobacco habit

In today's society it's becoming increasingly difficult to find a teenager who hasn't tried smoking. Unfortunately, some go beyond experimentation and become helplessly addicted. Stat.org is a site dedicated to preventing tobacco use among teens and helping those who want to quit. According to the site, 70% of teenager smokers regret their decision to smoke, while 66% say that they want to quit. With such alarming figures, Stat.org is confident it can help raise awareness concerning the dangers of tobacco use. While the site has many important sections, perhaps the most touching one is a page that they call the "Tobacco Hurts Web Wall". On this "wall" they feature letters from teenagers that describe how tabacco ruined their life and how easily the pain it caused could have been avoided. Stat.org is a very informative and personal site. It couldn't hurt to check it out.
