Whither Abe Vigoda?

Other than the eternal question "Who's gay?" no interrogative fascinates me more as a connoiseur of celebrity gossip than "Isn't [s]he dead?" That's why the "Who's Alive and Who's Dead" webiste has earned a permanent place on my bookmark list. It provides just what its title promises: an incredibly detailed database telling you which actors, musicians, athletes, political figures, and other famous people are alive--and which ones are taking a nice long dirt nap. There are a lot of great value-added features, like causes and dates of death and a tag that tells you who is over 80 and thus poised to fall victim to the reaper's scythe in the near future.
