Yes, you read right. The Federal Housing Administration is giving the homes they have foreclosed to the government who will then sell them for $1. As part of a plan called "Good Neighbor Policy," many houses will be up for grabs in all fifty states and the Hud website will be listing the addresses of such homes as of May 1st. Get your bargain home while you still can. And WHAT a bargain!
