Easy Cleaner is a cool utility that all tweakers should have! It is a utility that bears a little responsibility, however. Once installed, you can search your registry for invalid entries that point to nowhere, which will speed your computer up quite a bit. It goes without saying, though, you should backup your registry before doing this. You can also search for duplicate files, look for invalid shortcuts on your start menu, and even searches for files you can throw away like temps and backups. I found it easy to use, and my system is running leaner and meaner than ever.
