rap videos on demand

Seems like now that I have a fast cable modem I'm always searching the net for videos. Most of the time I don't find jack. But here's a website that actually delivers what it promises, videos on demand! It's Rollingstone.com's video site. For example, I was looking for Black Rob's "Whoa!" Just by clicking on "videos" then typing in Black Rob I found it right away and watched the whole thing. I was like, "Whoa!"
