Totalwebmaster, Almost

A new site for the webmaster in search of free goodies and tips lies at totalwebmaster.com. This site aims to help out the financially-starved webmaster with lots of downloads of graphics, a how-to section on guestbooks, and various JavaScript tutorials. There are twelve sections ranging from "Shorter URL’s" to "Site Promotion," and nearly everything is free. Totalwebmaster is unfortunately splattered with advertisements, but the information is worth the fight. Sean McEachern
