DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE OUT TO PROTECT E-SHOPPERS

As a direct consequence of the recent computer hacking incidents, since Monday the Department of Justice now has had a presence on the Web. This ECommerceTimes.com article, "New Federal Site Takes Aim at Cybercrime," tells us that the site, http://www.cybercrime.gov , gives extensive information on web crimes, educates the general public about hackers (public interest on this topic has grown), covers privacy issues, and much more. It also tell us that the new Cyber Crime site has a section to report online crimes, making online shopping safer.
