Float Plan

Every flyer must file a flight plan. The U.S.Coast Guard recommends that boaters do the same, and offers this form as a model. The purpose is provide information on the off chance that something might happen and/or people are trying to get in touch with you. It's simple: just fill in the blanks. Note: this form should be left with a reliable person, NOT filed with the Coast Guard.
