Drug abuse at all time low, actually....

When I started searching through the mass of sites on drugs to try to find information on drug abuse, I found that there was a lot more information on how to use drugs and grow drugs and take drugs than on how to prevent drug abuse. And I ask you, how is this happening? I thought drug abuse was at an all time low among teens. But in reality, as many of you know, there are just as much drugs out there in the halls of your schools to try than ever before. Here is a site that I found that expalains why this is, what to do to deal with drugs, and how to get help. D.A.R.E. has all kinds of information about drug abuse and ways to combat it. Even if you're not sparking or shooting up yourself, you owe it to your peers who do indulge to get this information.
