Children Can Surf Safely!

Parents these days are faced with the double-edged sword of the Internet. The wealth of information is riddled with smut and websites that are simply not appropriate for young viewers. So should parents not allow children to surf alone? Should parents enlist a program to block out smut, and if so, which one? What about chat rooms for young children - are these a good idea? A good starting point for this investigation is the article on parentsoup.com called "Do You Know Where Your Children Are Surfing?"
