It's funny what happens when you try to be humane to the prison population. Newsweek reports on a Justice Department's Bureau of Prisons' report that details some prisoner abuse of telephone privileges. Instances included the planning of drug deals and other lesser crimes. The almost humerous examples given were lengthy conference calls to Columbia. So, that means we let the drug dealers run their operations from prison. At least the drug dealers don't need to worry about a raid.
