It's all about money...

Mark Philippoussis may be hunting for another coach after upsetting a key figure in his entourage, 1987 Wimbledon champion Pat Cash. Cash is angry because Scud has reduced his pay by half, according to the Sydney Daily Telegraph newspaper. Cash joined the Philippoussis camp just before the 1998 Wimbledon championships and, together with Gavin Hopper, guided him to the Wimbledon quarter-finals and the U.S. Open final, where he was defeated by fellow Australian Pat Rafter. He later persuaded Philippoussis to rejoin the team for the 1999 final in Nice where Scud played a starring role. Cash said he had no idea why Philippoussis had suddenly decided to cut his salary. Philippoussis has had many coaches in his career, most notably Peter McNamara, Tony Roche and Nick Bollettieri.
