High noon: DVD shootout!

It's finally time: I'm about to take the plunge--and buy a DVD player. The first thing that goes out the window, of course, is the value of my VHS collection. But oh well. Now it's time to start shopping around and comparing DVD players. A good place to start is this article from ZDNet.com. Want a DVD player that won't block you from viewing foreign DVDs?
