A small corner for writer-based humor, Inscriptions Magazine offers weekly riffs on editor woes, writer's block, rejection letters, and other perils facing the freelancer. Although the page is largely text-based, the short articles featured here are often worth the trip for anyone who's ever given writing a shot. Inscriptions welcomes submissions to its humor section from any writer--but, in the true literary tradition of poor starving artists, offers no compensation but ad space and fleeting web fame.
