Top » Self-Help & PsychologyDrowing In A Sea of Good IntentionsSite: http://onhealth.com/ch1/columnist/item,47180.aspCheryl Richardson makes some good points in this brief article about controlling your schedule. Her pivotal maxim is, "The key to reclaiming control over your time and your life has to do with learning to manage yourself better." She then provides some clear and defined guidelines for doing that. Adopting even one of her suggestions would improve our ability to accomplish our daily "to-do" lists. The article addresses itself to a "task/work"-oriented only audience, and does not address the person who is oriented to relationships more than "tasks" or work goals. The difficulty with today's society is that work and relationships are sometimes too intertwined to speak of one side without including the other. Still, her adive is well taken for anyone having real trouble getting through their "to-do" list. Tue, 16 Nov 1999 13:35:03 -0800
