Weird! Amazing! Startling!

Site: http://www.mogozuzu.com

Grim, square-jawed detectives and cowboys. Leering mad scientists. Quivering damsels in various states of distress and undress. These are the subjects of most pulp magazine covers, and while some have a purely prurient appeal, the crisp lines, vivid colors and dramatic composition make them an art form all their own. This site contains an extensive thumbnail gallery of covers from pulp magazines of every genre, from Science Fiction to Romance, from comics to Vanity Fair. (Yes, Vanity Fair started out as a pulp!) Each cover is accompanied by a brief description and publishing date, crediting the artist when known. The comics section provides an overview of the different eras in which they were published, explaining the state of the world in which these covers came to be. Strange But True!
