A Theory of The Ultimate Reality

There are, I suppose, many theories of Ultimate Reality, and certainly this page has only one of them. Yet it does examine a number of concepts that are important in self-development. It considers the parts of beings such as spirit, love, soul, mind, body, etc. Such approaches remind us that we cannot attain our aims in self-development by concentrating on only one part of ourselves. We cannot develop our minds and forget our bodies. We cannot develop our minds unless we give some thought to the soul and the spirit. An interesting part is where the author distinguishes between those who seek only their own interests and the "artist" who is constantly trying to experience other realities - including other people's experiences. The article ends by mentioning the path of the Yogi who lives, loves, and exists in the here and now. Although such pages tend to concentrate on the spiritual, they are also a reminder of a more holistic approach to life.
