Jerry Uelsmann

The master of the photomontage WITHOUT the use of a computer, Jerry Uelsmann is a revered master printer. While other photographers use a lot of lenses on their cameras and one enlarger, Uelsmann uses several enlargers and basically one lens (at least he did when he first started - I suspect this may have changed). While other photographers explore image making in the field, he explores image making in his darkroom. Clicking on each book name will bring up a thumbnail gallery.
