HOW TO PACK A BACKPACK AND MORE!

This site, a portion of the Eurotrip.com website, is loaded with valuable information for anyone planning to backpack through Europe. Starting with an extensive packing list, it also offers additional advice on "packing priorities" that brings that list further into focus. Most of the advice and information pages of this site are written from firsthand experience. The Safety and Security page offers, unfortunately, only a few tips, but those given are of use. Of much more value is the "Scary Trains Page," which offers a somewhat dark picture of traveling overnight by train, but has some solid advice that could prevent disaster. There is some good medical advice should you fall ill during your trip, and a section on budgeting. This site is certainly worth reading if your summer travel plans include backpacking through Europe!
