LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD GRAMMARIANS...

The Atlantic Monthly's online incarnation, The Atlantic Unbound, offers this site for the grammatically inclined. Or, should I say, the grammatically fanatic? Come back each month to the home of the Word Police Academy, pass an entrance exam that changes every month, and receive two excellent things: 1) a certificate of induction into the force, and 2) the right to issue grammar citations in your specialty area. You can print out a copy of each right from the site. Do you have what it takes? Give it a try: impress your friends, pass the current entrance exam, issue a few citations, and help make the world a safer place for grammar law-abiding citizens everywhere.
