Photobetty is an "e-zine for the woman photographer." It contains both groups of photos where the photographer tells the story of how the idea and shoot came to be, plus single shots with less text. The artists provide descriptions of their work, and display self-made Polaroids of themselves (sounds goofy, but it's a warm touch!) along with their photos. You can also find some interesting information on pathbreaking women photographers Julia Margaret Cameron and Diane Arbus. This is a nicely laid out, inspiring site; photographers of both genders would be well-served by a visit here.
