Western Governers' University

Western Governers' University (WGU) is a virtual university formed from a collaboration of states, institutions of higher learning, and leading corporations. Curricula are offered by institutions from 20 states, ranging from Old Dominion (Virginia) to University of Hawaii. WGU offers over 668 courses from Abnormal Psychology to Writing Workshop. Students can select from over 38 degree and certificate programs, ranging from Business Administration to Telecommunications Management. Like "real" universities, WGU provides students with library services, advising, financial aid, and a career center. An online bookstore feature is planned.
