It's the ultimate in circular integration. TV and Web inventory sells Toys, Vacations, Movies, Books and anything else they can glue a Disney character on. You can't argue with the strategy, since it can't lose. Any unsold media goes toward in-house ventures, and when your toy box arrives, it has discount theme park tix inside... Cool.
