Riz Virk is a successful entrepreneur. He is also a meditator, and on Zenentrepreneur.com he claims the practice of meditation as the key to his business success. While many of us may view material accomplishment and spiritual enlightenment as mutually exclusive terms, Virk assures his visitors that, in fact, the two go hand in hand. In his essay Meditation and Career Success, he explains how meditation techniques can and should be applied to the business world and how this application can yield benefits on both the physical and spiritual level. The first six chapters of Virk's forthcoming book, Zen Entrepreneurship, are also available on this site. They present the visitor with an amazing story of a man (Virk himself) who initially dabbles in meditation as a means to gain venture capital, but who gradually discovers that business success isn't just about money. A thought-provoking read.
