A PRIEST, A RABBI, AND AN IMAM WALK INTO A BAR...

It's a risky thing that the designer of this site tries to do: collect humor from the three major Western religions on the same page. He (she?) takes pains off the top to espouse the idea that each person only has a piece of God's truth, and those who can laugh together are less likely to become "enemies." Given that the site is linked to a page where Christianity supposedly "answers" Islam, it's clear there's still an underlying "one side is right, the other wrong" worldview at work. But most of the jokes are at Christianity's expense, so perhaps there's a balance. There are also links to Jewish humor pages, atheist humor, and a category for other religions if anyone wishes to e-mail a link. The site layout is simple and plain, but perhaps the goal of dialogue and mutual understanding is more important than fancy design. Check out these humor links to find out just how much of each religion's mind-set you really relate to. It could be quite enlightening.
